Leora Caylor

Senior Director of Worship & Creative Communications, Island ECC

Leora is originally from El Paso, Texas, right on the border of Mexico, so she's always enjoyed being in culturally rich and diverse locations; which is one of the main reasons she's loved living in Hong Kong for the past several years with her husband Jeff. She received her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Marketing and Communications, and worked for Focus on the Family in Colorado (USA), then Hillsong in Sydney (Australia), before joining Island ECC in Hong Kong and leading their Creative Communications and Worship teams. Together with her husband, they've released three original worship albums as Renew Worship, two original albums as The Weathering (their independent music duo) and seen countless art and media campaigns and [wild] ideas come to life personally and within their creative communities.
