Dr Chan is also a Professor in Urban Missions and the Program Director for Doctor of Ministry – Urban Leadership and Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) at Bethel Bible Seminary. Before her current endeavour, Natalie spent almost 20 years in finance with the bulk of her experience in Goldman Sachs working in New York, Europe as well as Hong Kong. Natalie’s research and teaching interest has been revolved around the integration of faith and work and city movements. RBC helped organize the Global Leadership Summit for Hong Kong 2013-2017 and is now the Event Producer for Movement Day Hong Kong.
